FOG ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM MST THIS MORNING.

* TIMING...THROUGH 11 AM MST THIS MORNING.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITIES WILL DROP TO AROUND 1/4 MILE OR LESS AT
  TIMES. LIMITED VISIBILITIES WILL MAKE TRAVEL VERY DIFFICULT. SLICK
  ROADS ARE POSSIBLE AS WELL DUE TO FREEZING FOG.
