A FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM MDT TUESDAY.

* TIMING: THE COLDEST TEMPERATURES WILL OCCUR BETWEEN 4 AND 8
  AM.

* TEMPERATURE: UPPER 20S IN THE LOWER PORTIONS OF THE VALLEYS
  TO LOWER 30S IN THE HIGHER PORTIONS OF THE VALLEYS.

* IMPACTS: WIDESPREAD FROST MAY DAMAGE BUDS ON BLOSSOMING TREES
  AND PLANTS. OTHER TENDER VEGETATION MAY BE VULNERABLE TO SUB
  FREEZING TEMPERATURES AS WELL.
