TUESDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GRAND JUNCTION HAS ISSUED A
FREEZE WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 8 AM
MDT TUESDAY. THE FREEZE WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* TIMING: THE COLDEST TEMPERATURES WILL OCCUR BETWEEN 4 AND 8 AM.

* TEMPERATURE: UPPER 20S IN THE LOWER PORTIONS OF THE VALLEYS TO
  LOWER 30S IN THE HIGHER PORTIONS OF THE VALLEYS.

* IMPACTS: WIDESPREAD FROST MAY DAMAGE BUDS ON BLOSSOMING TREES
  AND PLANTS. OTHER TENDER VEGETATION MAY BE VULNERABLE TO SUB
  FREEZING TEMPERATURES AS WELL.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FREEZE WARNING MEANS SUB-FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE IMMINENT OR
HIGHLY LIKELY. THESE CONDITIONS WILL KILL CROPS AND OTHER
SENSITIVE VEGETATION.
