...Record High Temperatures set or tied Thursday...

In western Colorado,

At Gateway, the high temperature was 79 degrees. This set a new
record high for the date, breaking the previous record of 78
set in 2012.

At Colorado National Monument, the high was 73 degrees. This tied
the record previously set in 2015.

At Orchard Mesa, the high was 75 degrees. This tied the record
previously set in 2011.

At Paradox, the high was 78 degrees. This set a new record high
for the date, breaking the previous record of 75 set in 2015.

In eastern Utah,

At Canyonlands, the Neck, the high temperature was 74. This set
a new record high for the date, breaking the previous record of
73, set in 1974.

At Castle Valley, the high was was 76 degrees. This set a new
record high for the date, breaking the previous record of 74 set
in 2015.

At Cedar Point, the high was 68, tying the record high for the date,
last set in 2007.

At Moab, the high was 81, breaking the previous record of 79, set in
1908.

Near Roosevelt, the high was 72. This tied the previous record high
set in 1994.
