...Record High Temperatures Wednesday...

In Western Colorado...

At 1 mile east of Rangely, the high temperature Wednesday was 65
degrees.  This set a new record high for November 16, breaking the
previous record of 64, set in 1967.

At Colorado National Monument the high temperature Wednesday was 66
degrees. This set a new record high temperature for november 16,
breaking the previous record of 64 set in 2001.

At Montrose site number 2 the high temperature yesterday was 70
degrees. this set a new record high for November 16, breaking the
previous record of 66, set in 1895.


At Shoshone the high temperature Wednesday was 64 degrees. This set
a new record high for November 16, breaking the previous record of
63, set in 1975.


In Eastern Utah...

At Canyonlands national Park The Needles observation, the high
temperature Wednesday was 68.  This set a new record High
temperature for November 16, breaking the previous record of 66, set
in 1999.
