AT MASSADONA, THE LOW YESTERDAY MORNING WAS 2.  THIS SET A NEW
RECORD LOW FOR NOVEMBER 16 IN THE MASSADONA AREA, BREAKING THE
PREVIOUS RECORD LOW OF 5, SET IN 2000.


IN EASTERN UTAH...

AT THE NECK AREA OF CANYONLANDS NATIONAL PARK, THE LOW YESTERDAY
MORNING WAS 17.  THIS TIED THE RECORD LOW FOR NOVEMBER 16, LAST SET
