SUBTROPICAL MOISTURE IS EXPECTED TO RETURN TO EASTERN UTAH AND
WESTERN COLORADO LATE TONIGHT AND TUESDAY. RAIN SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE IN COVERAGE TUESDAY...
WITH THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL POTENTIAL OVER EASTERN UTAH AND
EXTREME WESTERN COLORADO.

RAINFALL AMOUNTS FROM SOME THUNDERSTORMS COULD EXCEED ONE INCH.
THIS COULD LEAD TO LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING...ROCK SLIDES...AND
DEBRIS FLOWS. SLOT CANYONS...ARROYOS...AND WILDFIRE BURN SCAR
AREAS WILL BE ESPECIALLY VULNERABLE TO FLASH FLOODING.
