...ANOTHER STRONG STORM POSSIBLE OVER SOUTHWEST AND CENTRAL
COLORADO AND SOUTHEAST UTAH FRIDAY THROUGH MONDAY...

LATE THIS WEEK A STRONG STORM WILL DEVELOP OVER THE GREAT BASIN
WHICH MAY BRING ANOTHER EXTENDED PERIOD OF SNOWFALL TO THE
MOUNTAINS OF CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST COLORADO AND SOUTHEAST UTAH.
THE LOWER ELEVATIONS AND VALLEYS MAY ONCE AGAIN RECEIVE A MIX OF
RAIN AND SNOW INITIALLY WITH PRECIPITATION SWITCHING TO SNOW WHEN
COLDER AIR MOVES INTO THE AREA SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY.

WITH PERIODS OF HEAVY SNOW POSSIBLE THROUGH THE WEEKEND...AND
SNOW OR RAIN AT LOWER ELEVATIONS...IMPACTS MAY BE SIGNIFICANT.
HIGHWAYS THROUGH THE MOUNTAINS MAY BECOME HAZARDOUS TO DRIVE...
AND SLUSHY OR MUDDY CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP AT LOWER ELEVATIONS NEAR
THE FOUR CORNERS.

SIGNIFICANT CHANGES CAN OCCUR IN THE TRACK AND STRENGTH OF THIS
