...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR NORTHWESTERN EAGLE AND
SOUTHEASTERN GARFIELD COUNTIES UNTIL 630 PM MDT...

At 543 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Glenwood Springs, moving northeast at 40 mph.

Half inch hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Glenwood Springs and Sweetwater.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 70 in Colorado between mile markers 108 and 127.
 Colorado 82 between mile markers 1 and 3.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
