* SNOW ACCUMULATION...4 TO 8 INCHES BY MIDNIGHT.

* VISIBILITY...DOWN TO 1 MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...ROADS WILL BE SLUSHY...OR ICY AND SNOW PACKED AT
  TIMES...ESPECIALLY U.S. HIGHWAY 191 OVER THE UINTA MOUNTAINS AND
  THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS OF UTAH HIGHWAY 44.
