  HEAVIEST SNOW WILL FALL THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...4 TO 8 INCHES.

* WINDS...WEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL BE CHALLENGING DUE TO POOR VISIBILITY IN
  SNOW...FOG...AND BLOWING SNOW. INCLEMENT WINTER WEATHER
  CONDITIONS WILL IMPACT VAIL AND RABBIT EARS PASSES.
