EFFECT UNTIL NOON MST SATURDAY.

* TIMING...WET SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING. A RAIN
  AND SNOW MIX IS POSSIBLE THIS EVENING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES OF HEAVY WET
  SNOW.

* WINDS...SOUTH 5 TO 10 MPH.

* VISIBILITY...LESS THAN A HALF MILE AT TIMES IN SNOW AND FOG.

* IMPACTS...TEMPERATURES WILL DROP TONIGHT AND COULD CREATE TRAVEL
  HAZARDS AS WET SURFACES START TO FREEZE. ROADS WILL BE SLUSHY OR
  SNOW COVERED. HEAVY SNOW MAY RESTRICT VISIBILITY AT TIMES.
