.Synopsis for Stonington ME to Merrimack River Ma out to 25 NM
Strengthening low pressure system moves into coastal New England
today, crossing the waters tonight. Winds shift northerly tonight,
with Gale conditions. The low departs to the northeast on Sunday
allowing high pressure to build north of the waters. The high will
then remain to the northeast of the waters early next week. Another
low pressure remains nearly stationary off the Mid- Atlantic coast,
maintaining a brisk north to northeast flow across the waters with
gusts possibly nearing gale force at times through Monday.
