THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 14 NM SOUTHEAST OF FREEPORT...OR 16 NM EAST
OF PORTLAND...MOVING EAST AT 30 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
