...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT EAST CENTRAL OXFORD...SOUTH
CENTRAL SOMERSET AND SOUTHEASTERN FRANKLIN COUNTIES...

At 1102 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Mexico, or
near Rumford, moving east at 40 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Farmington, Rumford, Jay, Dixfield, Canton, Wilton, Mexico, Weld,
Anson, Chesterville, Embden, Carthage, Avon, Industry, Town Of
Washington, Perkins, Starks, Temple, New Vineyard and New Sharon.

This also includes...
  Mount Blue.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
