  A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER WINTHROP...MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 40
  MPH.

* WIND GUSTS OF 35 TO 45 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM. VERY
  HEAVY RAIN IS FALLING...AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO POND ON ROADWAYS
  AND QUICKLY FILL ROADSIDE DITCHES AND SMALL STREAMS. EXPECT
  FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING WITH THIS STORM.
