The threat for strong to severe thunderstorms and heavy rainfall
will continue across the state through tonight. The greatest
threat for thunderstorms and heavy rainfall over the Big Island
will be late this afternoon through approximtely the first half
of tonight as activity increases in coverage and sweeps eastward
across the eastern end of the state.

                    thunderstorms.
