A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE OFF THE COAST LATE THIS MORNING WITH WINDS
INCREASING THROUGH THE AFTERNOON HOURS ACROSS THE UPPER TEXAS
COASTAL WATERS. A SCEC HAS BEEN ISSUED THIS MORNING AND AN
ADVISORY HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR THIS AFTERNOON INTO EVENING FOR ALL
WATERS AND THEN CONTINUE THROUGH MID MORNING OFFSHORE. HIGH
PRESSURE OVER TEXAS WILL SLIDE OFF TO THE EAST TURNING WINDS
AROUND TO AN ONSHORE FLOW SUNDAY AND PERSIST THROUGH THE FIRST
HALF OF NEXT WEEK. ADVISORIES MAY BE NEEDED LATE SUNDAY INTO
MONDAY AS SOUTHEAST WINDS INCREASE CLOSE TO 20 KNOTS.
