THROUGH THE DAY TODAY. ONSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED TO RESUME LATE
MONDAY INTO TUESDAY... WITH A BRIEF PERIOD OF OFFSHORE FLOW
POSSIBLE ON WEDNESDAY AS A COLD FRONT APPROACHES THE WATERS.
ONSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED TO RESUME AND STRENGTHEN LATE THIS WEEK
AS A STORM SYSTEM DEVELOPS OVER THE HIGH PLAINS.
