.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Northeast winds and seas will continue to diminish overnight. East to
southeast winds will resume Monday and Tuesday as high pressure moves
off to the east. The next cold front will push off the coast Tuesday
night or early Wednesday morning. Behind the front, caution flags will
likely be needed for strengthening north winds and building seas.
