OUTFLOW FROM EARLY MORNING STORMS PUSHES SOUTHWARD ACROSS THE
UPPER TEXAS COASTAL WATERS WITH VARIABLE MAINLY NORTH WINDS. WIND
THIS AFTERNOON SHOULD BECOME SOUTHEASTERLY. DANGEROUS RIP CURRENTS
AND SURF CONDITIONS SHOULD PERSIST INTO THIS EVENING AS WELL.
ABOVE NORMAL TIDES COMBINED WITH SWELLS MAY LEAD TO MINOR FLOODING
ON THE GULF FACING BEACHES OF THE BOLIVAR PENINSULA DURING THE
TIMES OF HIGH TIDE TONIGHT AND TUESDAY MORNING. A PATTERN OF EARLY
MORNING THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON SHOWERS OR ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
