.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Weak westerlies over low seas today. An early Tuesday dry cold
frontal passage will strengthen offshore winds to caution levels.
A quiet mid week with the passage of a secondary cold front early
Friday again picking up winds and seas to caution levels.
