.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Stronger southerly winds and building seas are expected tonight
as an area of low pressure moves east through the coastal waters.
Onshore winds will also bring increased moisture and warmer
temperatures through the weekend. This pattern will be favorable
for the development for sea fog starting tonight and persisting
into Sunday evening, when the next cold front is expected to push
off the coast.
