.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Winds and seas will be decreasing overnight and Tuesday as high pressure
builds in from the north. Winds will be shifting to the east by Wednesday
as the high moves off to the east. A long easterly fetch will set up
across the Gulf of Mexico Thursday and will continue into the weekend
resulting in elevated seas and tides.
