GULF MOISTURE WILL BE INCREASING TODAY AND THURSDAY WITH
SOUTHERLY WINDS. TRANSPORT WINDS SHOULD INCREASE MORE TONIGHT INTO
THURSDAY. A COLD FRONT SHOULD PUSH THROUGH THE REGION THURSDAY
NIGHT INTO FRIDAY WITH A LINE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. WINDS
WILL SHIFT TO THE NORTH BEHIND THE FRONT AND ALLOW A COOLER/DRIER
AIRMASS TO PUSH INTO SOUTHEAST TEXAS. RELATIVE HUMIDITY LEVELS
SATURDAY AFTERNOON COULD DROP TO AROUND 25 PERCENT WITH LIGHT
NORTHEAST TO EAST WINDS. SOUTHERLY WINDS SHOULD DEVELOP AGAIN
SUNDAY INTO MONDAY.
