This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Southeast Texas..

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Breezy to windy conditions are expected on Friday and Saturday
ahead of a cold front, with thunderstorms capable of producing
locally heavy rainfall along the front Saturday night into Sunday
morning. Some of these thunderstorms may be strong to severe, with
the greatest potential north of the Highway 59 corridor.

Heat index values may reach the mid to upper 90s on Friday.

Elevated tides may cause coastal flooding or rip currents along Gulf
facing beaches on Friday and Saturday ahead of an approaching cold front.

Breezy to windy conditions are expected on Friday and Saturday
ahead of a cold front, with thunderstorms capable of producing
locally heavy rainfall along the front Saturday night into Sunday
morning. Some of these thunderstorms may be strong to severe, with
the greatest potential north of the Highway 59 corridor.

Elevated winds and building seas may warrant Small Craft Advisories
at times Friday through Sunday as a cold front moves across the
waters.
