THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN HOUSTON/GALVESTON HAS ISSUED A
DENSE FOG ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CDT THIS
MORNING.

* EVENT...PATCHY DENSE FOG WITH VISIBILITIES OF 1/4 MILE OR LESS.

* TIMING...DENSE FOG WILL PERSIST THROUGH 8 AM THEN GRADUALLY
  DISSIPATE THROUGH 9 AM.

* IMPACT...EXPECT ABRUPT DROPS IN VISIBILITY WHILE DRIVING. LOW
  LYING AND FOG PRONE AREAS WILL BE THE MOST LIKELY PLACES TO
  ENCOUNTER THE FOG.
