  Coastal waters from Freeport to Matagorda Ship Channel TX out 20
  NM...
  Matagorda Bay...
  Waters from Freeport to Matagorda Ship Channel TX from 20 to 60
  NM...

* Until 330 AM CDT.

* At 255 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 12 nm northeast of Palacios Bay to 6 nm northeast of
  Matagorda Ship Channel to 21 nm southwest of Matagorda Island 557,
  moving east at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Tabs Buoy W, Matagorda Ship Channel, Matagorda Island 607, Turtle
  Bay, Brazos 490, East Matagorda Bay, Matagorda Island 557, Port
