* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...The city of Merced and surrounding areas.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 350 PM PDT, the public reported minor flooding in the
    advisory area. Minor flooding is ongoing.
