SYNOPSIS...

AS OF 7 AM AUGUST 11TH...THE UNITED STATES DROUGHT MONITOR HAS
CLASSIFIED PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST SOUTH CAROLINA IN SEVERE DROUGHT.
THE SEVERE DROUGHT AREA INCLUDES WESTERN PORTIONS OF
DARLINGTON...FLORENCE...AND WILLIAMSBURG COUNTIES. MODERATE
DROUGHT WAS NOTED OVER MUCH OF THE REST OF NORTHEAST SOUTH CAROLINA
EXCEPT MARLBORO AND DILLON COUNTIES.

THE OUTLOOK FOR THE NEXT EIGHT TO FOURTEEN DAYS CALLS FOR ABOVE
NORMAL PRECIPITATION WHILE THE OUTLOOK FOR AUGUST THROUGH OCTOBER
CALLS FOR EQUAL CHANCES OF NORMAL...BELOW NORMAL...AND ABOVE NORMAL
RAINFALL.

HYDROLOGIC SUMMARY AND OUTLOOK...

STREAMFLOW CONDITIONS.

SEVEN DAY AVERAGE STREAMFLOW VALUES ACROSS THE SEVERE DROUGHT AREA
ARE GENERALLY RUNNING LESS THAN 10 PERCENT OF NORMAL.

SOIL MOISTURE CONDITIONS.

SOIL MOISTURE LEVELS IN THE SEVERE DROUGHT AREA ARE AT BELOW NORMAL
LEVELS.

THIS PRODUCT WILL BE UPDATED ON SEPTEMBER 14 2015 OR SOONER IF
