A cold front will stall across the area today before wavering back
to the north tonight. A complex storm system will develop along
this boundary and bring excessive rainfall and potentially strong
to severe thunderstorms through Tuesday morning. Dry high pressure
will return by the middle of the week.

Wind profile analysis/fire control over flat terrain is Favorable inland.
At the coast...Unfavorable...type 1-B...direction ESE...max wind 25 mph
at 1400 ft.
