Fire Weather Planning Forecast
for Northeast South Carolina and Southeast North Carolina
National Weather Service Wilmington NC
511 AM EDT Fri Jul 28 2017

.DISCUSSION...
Showers and thunderstorms will increase in coverage
and intensity mainly this evening thru much of Saturday.
The stronger storms, possibly reaching severe limits,
will occur this evening and into the pre-dawn Sat hours.
This activity is due to an approaching and unseasonably
strong cold front, that will push across the area late
Saturday. Much drier air and below normal temperatures will
infiltrate the area during the early to mid-week period
of next week.

Wind profile analysis/fire control over flat terrain is Favorable.

Fog potential for tonight...None to Low.
