SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING INCLUDE KINGSTON...FRANKFORT...LAURELVILLE...CLARKSBURG...ADELPHI...ANDERSONVILLE... PICKAWAY COUNTY AIRPORT...WHISLER...HALLSVILLE AND AUSTIN.
