The following counties in southwest Ohio, Butler and Hamilton. * WHEN...Until 130 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 918 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible across the advisory area through 11 PM. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Cincinnati, Fairfield, Forest Park, Springdale, Harrison, North College Hill, Wyoming, Batesville, Mount Healthy, Bright, Hidden Valley, Finneytown, Ross, Cleves, Osgood, Taylor Creek, Blue Jay, Miami Heights, Mack and Colerain Township.
