            THUNDERSTORM WINDS. A TRACTOR TRAILER WAS BLOWN OVER NEAR
            THE INTERSECTION OF ROUTE 41 AND INTERSTATE 71.
            INTERSTATE 71 WAS CLOSED FOR SEVERAL HOURS DUE TO THE
            DOWNED POWER LINES. ADJUSTED TIME ESTIMATED FROM RADAR.
