...New High water forecast service available along Eagle Creek
near Glencoe, Kentucky effective October 26, 2017...

Effective October 26, 2017, the NWS office in Wilmington will
begin warning and high water forecast service for the U.S.
Geological Survey Gage located along Eagle Creek near Glencoe,
Kentucky.

Forecasts will be issued if Eagle Creek is expected to rise above
15 feet on the existing river gage, and warnings will be issued
at the coordinated flood stage of 18 feet on the gage. Flood
stage has been closely coordinated with Emergency Officials in
Grant, Gallatin, Owen and Carroll Counties in Kentucky, based on
past floods and also based on elevation data for the area.
