.DISCUSSION...

High pressure will be over the area through tonight with light
easterly winds 5-10 mph this afternoon becoming near calm after
midnight under clear skies. High pressure ridge axis will sink
just south of the area Wednesday, but continue dry weather
conditions with min RH values near critical values 28-33 percent.
However, light southeasterly winds 4-8 mph will prevent any fire
weather headlines. Dispersions will be in the good range.
