Coastal waters from St. Augustine to Flagler Beach FL out 20 NM... Waters from St. Augustine to Flagler Beach FL from 20 to 60 NM... * Until 445 AM EDT. * At 338 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located 11 nm east of Palm Coast, moving east at 25 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to nearly 50 knots, and large hail. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in structural damage. * Locations impacted include... Beverly Beach, Marineland, Big Georges Reef, Crescent Beach, Butler Beach, and Palm Coast. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
