.DISCUSSION...West to northwest winds tonight will back
southwesterly Wednesday while becoming sustained near or just
above 10 mph. Drier air will subsequently spill into eastern
Kentucky as minimum relative humidity values drop to 25-35 percent
Wednesday afternoon. Another cold front will move through the
region Wednesday night into early Thursday, bringing a northwesterly
wind shift and higher humidity levels to the Commonwealth.
