FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR EASTERN KENTUCKY
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE JACKSON KY
323 PM EDT THU OCT 23 2014

.DISCUSSION...

SINCE THE UPPER LOW HAS MOVER OFF TO THE EAST...SOME DRY AIR HAS MOVED
INTO THE AREA WITH THE MIN RH GENERALLY NEAR 40 FOR A WHILE. THIS
IS DRIER...HOWEVER SHOULD NOT CREATE TOO BIG A DANGER. WITH NICE WARM
WEATHER THIS WEEKEND AND LOTS OF LEAVES DOWN...THERE COULD BE AN
UPTICK OF LOCALIZED BURNING. THE RH AND WINDS SHOULD LIMIT ANY SPREAD.
