AND SOUTHEASTERN KENTUCKY WILL FIRST SEE RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES
DROP INTO THE UPPER 20S AND LOWER 30 PERCENT RANGE THIS AFTERNOON
DUE TO LATER ARRIVAL OF LOW LEVEL MOISTURE...WHILE LOCALES FARTHER
