TO EASTERN KENTUCKY THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK. THE 20 FOOT WINDS
WILL BE LIGHT AND VARIABLE FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS AS WELL. MINIMUM
HUMIDITY VALUES SHOULD BOTTOM OUT BETWEEN 40 AND 50 PERCENT TODAY...
AND 35 AND 45 PERCENT ON THURSDAY. NO CRITICAL FIRE DANGER THRESHOLDS
