For the Sabine River...including Burkeville, Bon Wier, Deweyville,
Orange...Moderate flooding is forecast.
For the Neches River...including Town Bluff, Evadale, Neches River
Saltwater Barrier...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier.

* WHEN...Until early Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 5.0 feet, Water is about two feet over portions of
  Four Oaks Ranch Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 5.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 PM CDT Wednesday was 6.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to 1.1 feet
    Monday evening.
  - Flood stage is 4.0 feet.

    ending at 9:15 PM CDT Wednesday was 39.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 40.5 feet early
    Monday afternoon. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 36.0 feet.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 PM CDT Wednesday was 25.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 26.5 feet early
    Monday afternoon. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 24.0 feet.

    ending at 9:15 PM CDT Wednesday was 34.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 35.3 feet Monday
    morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
