.DISCUSSION...
Dew points are in the mid 40s with the afternoon relative
humidity ranging around 30 percent. Clear skies tonight
with the winds slacking off through the evening hours. RH to
climb tonight with slightly RH values for tomorrow but they
will still range below 40 percent during the day. Winds will
remain northerly but the speeds are expected to be below 10
knots as the surface high settles into the gulf states. A
gradual warm will become established on Wednesday with the
warming continuing into the weekend. Chances for rains
over the weekend as an upper level low becomes cutoff but
drifts off to the east.
