.A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE ACROSS THE SOUTHERN PLAIN TODAY
AND TONIGHT. AHEAD OF THIS SYSTEM...SOUTH WINDS WILL BECOME STRONG
AND GUSTY...AND WILL RESULT IN BUILDING SEAS. WINDS AND SEAS WILL
BEGIN TO DECREASE DURING SATURDAY AS THE LOW MOVES AWAY FROM THE
REGION.

* WAVES/SEAS...3 TO 5 FEET OCCASIONALLY UP TO 6 FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
