...GALE WATCH IN EFFECT FOR LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY...

.DENSE SEA FOG IS EXPECTED TO REDEVELOP ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS AND
SPREAD INLAND ACROSS THE COASTAL PARISHES AND COUNTIES...INCLUDING
THE LAKES AND BAYS. VISIBILITY WILL FALL TO ONE MILE...WITH AREAS
OF VISIBILITY LESS THAN ONE QUARTER OF A MILE AT TIMES. VISIBILITY
ARE EXPECTED TO IMPROVE DURING THE AFTERNOON...BUT WILL LIKELY
LOWER AGAIN LATE WEDNESDAY PRIOR TO THE PASSAGE OF A COLD FRONT
WEDNESDAY NIGHT. ONCE THE FRONT PASSES...STRONG OFFSHORE WINDS AND
VERY ROUGH SEAS WILL DEVELOP...WITH GALE CONDITION POSSIBLE. ALSO
THE STRONG NORTH WINDS WILL LOWER TIDES TO LEVELS OF -1.0 TO -2.0 FEET

  QUARTER OF A NAUTICAL MILE AT TIMES.

* LOW WATER: LEVELS OF -1.0 TO -2.0 FEET MLLW EXPECTED BETWEEN 6 AM
  TO 6 PM CST THURSDAY.

A LOW WATER ADVISORY MEANS WATER LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO BE
SIGNIFICANTLY BELOW AVERAGE. MARINERS SHOULD USE EXTREME CAUTION
AND TRANSIT AT THE SLOWEST SAFE NAVIGABLE SPEED TO MINIMIZE
