  Coastal waters from Cameron LA to High Island TX out 20 NM...

* Until 315 AM CDT.

* At 238 AM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over High Island
  52, or 15 nm east of High Island 63, moving northeast at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  High Island 22 and High Island 52.
