SLOWLY WEAKEN AS IT DRIFTS EAST ACROSS NEW ENGLAND. A TROUGH OF
LOW PRESSURE 29.90 INCHES WILL LINGER ACROSS THE EASTERN GREAT
LAKES. HIGH PRESSURE 30.40 INCHES WILL MOVE FROM CENTRAL CANADA
TO THE OHIO VALLEY BY THURSDAY AND THE SOUTHEAST STATES ON FRIDAY.
AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT WILL DROP ACROSS LAKE ERIE FRIDAY AFTERNOON.
A LARGE AREA OF ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE 30.80 INCHES WILL SLIDE
ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES THIS WEEKEND.
