For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure...averaging 30.10 inches...will drift from
the Ohio valley to the east coast through tonight. Meanwhile, low
pressure...29.50 inches...will lift out of the northern plains
today. This low will track through the northern Great Lakes tonight
and Thursday. Another area of low pressure will then lift into the
region on Friday.

.TONIGHT...South winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to
20 knots in the late evening and early morning...then becoming
southeast 10 to 15 knots early in the morning. Showers.
Thunderstorms in the late evening and overnight. Locally heavy
rainfall possible until early morning. Waves 2 to 4 feet building
to 3 to 5 feet in the late evening and overnight.
.THURSDAY...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots becoming southwest
5 to 10 knots in the late morning and afternoon. Showers and
thunderstorms early in the morning...then a chance of showers and
thunderstorms in the late morning and early afternoon. Waves 3 to
5 feet.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...West winds 5 to 10 knots. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.FRIDAY...North winds 5 to 10 knots veering to the east. A chance
of showers and thunderstorms early in the morning. Rain showers
and thunderstorms likely early in the afternoon. Waves 2 feet or
less.
.SATURDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots becoming south 10 to
15 knots in the late morning and early afternoon...then becoming
southwest 15 to 20 knots early in the evening becoming west 10 to
15 knots in the late evening and early morning. A chance of
showers and thunderstorms. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 2 to
4 feet until early morning.
.SUNDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots decreasing to 5 to 10 knots
until early morning. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
