THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.40 INCHES WILL IS MOVING
ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES TODAY.  THIS LOW WILL QUICKLY SHIFT INTO
QUEBEC TONIGHT.  HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.20 INCHES WILL THEN BUILD
INTO THE REGION THROUGH THE LATTER HALF OF THE WEEKEND.  THE NEXT
