For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure, 29.90 inches, will move east across the
Ohio valley today and tonight. This low will linger across eastern
Ohio while weakening into Thursday. Meanwhile, weak high pressure
will build into the area during the late week period.
