Open Lake Forecast for Lake Huron
National Weather Service Detroit/Pontiac MI
320 PM EST Tue Nov 14 2017

For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure averaging 30.30 inches will continue to
push east out of the Great Lakes Tuesday afternoon and evening,
causing pressure to gradually diminish overnight. Pressure will drop
down to 29.80 inches across the Great Lakes by Wednesday afternoon,
as a low pressure system moves from the U.P into southern Ontario.
As a result, widespread rain showers and gusts up to 25 knots are
expected tomorrow as the low traverses into Canada. Surface high
pressure...30.30 inches...will then build back in across Michigan by
Thursday afternoon, bringing dry conditions.
