THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE WILL SLIDE FROM ONTARIO INTO QUEBEC TODAY.
THIS WILL ALLOW HIGH PRESSURE...AVERAGING 30.00 INCHES...OVER THE
OHIO VALLEY TO EXPAND UP INTO THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES TODAY AND
TONIGHT. THE HIGH WILL SHIFT EAST LATE MONDAY AS LOW PRESSURE
TRACKING THROUGH NORTHERN ONTARIO DROPS A COLD FRONT DOWN THROUGH
THE AREA.
