For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure averaging 30.40 inches will continue to
build into the Great Lakes Monday afternoon into Tuesday morning as
cloud cover holds steady across the region for the day. High
pressure will gradually drift east into PA/NY by Tuesday evening,
slowly diminishing pressure down to 30.20 inches across the Great
Lakes. Low pressure, 29.70 inches, is then expected to push from
western Ontario into western Quebec early Wednesday into early
Thursday, bringing steady rain to the lakes and bays of Michigan
throughout Wednesday.

.TUESDAY NIGHT...South winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to
20 knots in the late evening and overnight. A chance of showers
in the evening. Showers after midnight. Waves 4 to 6 feet. Waves
occasionally around 8 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...South winds 15 to 20 knots becoming southwest 10 to
15 knots early in the afternoon. Showers. Waves 5 to 7 feet.
Waves occasionally around 10 feet.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...West winds 15 to 20 knots. Gusts to 30 knots
after midnight. Showers likely early in the evening...then a
chance of showers in the late evening and early morning. Waves
4 to 6 feet.
.THURSDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts to 30 knots
becoming north 10 to 15 knots late in the morning...then
decreasing to 5 to 10 knots late in the afternoon veering to the
east late in the evening. Waves 4 to 6 feet subsiding to 1 to
3 feet late in the afternoon. Waves occasionally around 8 feet.
.FRIDAY...South winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to 20 knots
with gusts to 30 knots. A chance of snow showers early in the
morning. A chance of showers...then showers until early morning.
Waves 2 to 4 feet building to 8 to 12 feet. Waves occasionally
around 15 feet.
.SATURDAY...East winds 15 to 20 knots backing to the north in the
late morning and early afternoon...then becoming northwest 20 to
25 knots with gusts to 40 knot gales early in the evening
increasing to 30 knots with gusts to 40 knot gales in the late
evening and early morning. Showers. Snow showers likely until
early morning. Waves 6 to 9 feet. Waves occasionally around

gales decreasing to 15 to 20 knots with gusts to 30 knots late in

of showers early in the morning. Waves 6 to 9 feet subsiding to
2 to 4 feet. Waves occasionally around 12 feet.
.FRIDAY...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots becoming south 20 to
25 knots with gusts to 35 knot gales. A chance of snow showers
early in the morning. A chance of showers...then showers until
early morning. Waves 2 to 4 feet building to 10 to 14 feet. Waves
occasionally around 18 feet.
.SATURDAY...South winds 20 to 25 knots veering to the west early
in the evening...then becoming northwest to 30 knots in the late
evening and early morning. Gusts to 45 knot gales. Showers. Snow
showers likely until early morning. Waves 8 to 12 feet building
to 12 to 16 feet in the late evening and early morning. Waves
