WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.2 INCHES OVER CENTRAL QUEBEC WILL
CONTINUE TO PULL AWAY TO THE NORTHEAST TONIGHT...WITH A WEAK AND
SOMEWHAT DIFFUSE TRAILING TROUGH MOVING SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE
WESTERN LAKES. HIGH PRESSURE RIDGING OF 30.0 INCHES WEST OF THE
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY WILL ALSO MOVE EAST...BUILDING TO 30.1 INCHES
OVER THE GREAT LAKES REGION BY EARLY THURSDAY. THE HIGH WILL
CONTINUE TO STRENGTHEN THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING WHILE DRIFTING
SLOWLY TO THE EAST ACROSS THE EASTERN LAKES AND NEW ENGLAND
STATES...WHILE A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.9 INCHES
APPROACHES FROM THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL PLAINS. LOW PRESSURE OF
29.4 INCHES WILL MOVE WELL NORTH OF THE LAKES ACROSS NORTHEAST
MANITOBA...WHILE A TRAILING WEAK COLD FRONT WITHIN THE
AFOREMENTIONED TROUGH MOVES SLOWLY ACROSS THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI
VALLEY AND WESTERN LAKES THROUGH SATURDAY. A WEAK SURFACE WAVE OF
29.8 INCHES WILL MOVE ALONG THIS WEAK COLD FRONT EARLY
SUNDAY...WITH THE FRONT EVENTUALLY CLEARING LAKE MICHIGAN LATE
SUNDAY NIGHT OR EARLY MONDAY.
