FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...BROAD HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES EXTENDING FROM
ONTARIO TO THE CENTRAL GULF COAST WILL SLOWLY MOVE EAST AND EXTEND
FROM QUEBEC THROUGH THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY BY SATURDAY. THE
HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO VERY SLOW SPREAD TO THE EAST AS A
WEAK TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES DEVELOPS OVER
THE NORTHERN PLAINS. THIS INITIAL TROUGH WILL MOVE LITTLE THROUGH
SATURDAY AND THEN A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO DROP OUT OF
THE SOUTHERN CANADIAN ROCKIES BY SUNDAY EVENING...HELPING TO
DEEPEN THE SYSTEM TO 29.5 INCHES. THIS LOW IS THEN EXPECTED TO
TRACK EAST TO WISCONSIN EARLY NEXT WEEK WHILE DEEPENING FURTHER TO
29.3 INCHES.
