WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.6 INCHES OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS
AND UPPER MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY WILL STRENGTHEN TO 30.7 INCHES
AS IT CONTINUES SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS AND INTO THE
LOWER OHIO VALLEY BY LATE THURSDAY. THE HIGH WILL THEN MOVE OFF TO
THE EAST FRIDAY AS LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES MOVES ACROSS
SOUTHERN HUDSON BAY. THIS LOW WILL TRAIL A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE
UPPER MIDWEST AND GREAT LAKES REGION ON SATURDAY. ANOTHER LOW OF
29.7 INCHES WILL TRACK THROUGH SOUTHERN ONTARIO INTO QUEBEC MONDAY
MORNING.
