IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES FROM ONTARIO SOUTH
THROUGH THE OHIO VALLEY WILL SLOWLY MOVE EAST AND WEAKEN
OVERNIGHT. A LOW PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES WILL MOVE OVER THE
DAKOTAS EARLY FRIDAY AND THEN ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES FRIDAY NIGHT
INTO SATURDAY DEEPENING TO 29.7 INCHES SATURDAY NIGHT OVER QUEBEC.
LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES WILL DROP ACROSS THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES
AND MOVE OVER NORTHERN MINNESOTA SUNDAY...THEN ACROSS LAKE
MICHIGAN SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY.
