WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A LARGE AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES CENTERED
OVER SOUTHERN QUEBEC WILL SLIDE EAST AND BECOME CENTERED OFF NEW
ENGLAND LATE TONIGHT. AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.4
INCHES OVER HUDSON BAY WILL SLIDE EAST TO WESTERN ONTARIO TONIGHT
WITH A TRAILING FRONTAL BOUNDARY STRETCHING SOUTH THROUGH THE
CENTRAL PLAINS. ANOTHER LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.5 INCHES IS
EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ON SATURDAY MORNING ALONG THE FRONT...OVER
LAKE SUPERIOR. THIS LOW WILL THEN LIFT TO THE NORTHEAST ACROSS
QUEBEC SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING WHILE DRAGGING THE COLD
FRONT ACROSS THE LAKE. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES IS EXPECTED TO
BUILD ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS AND WESTERN GREAT LAKES REGION
SUNDAY AND THEN SPREAD INTO THE OHIO VALLEY ON MONDAY.
