WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...ELONGATED TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AROUND 29.7 INCHES
OVER THE FAR NORTHERN PLAINS WILL SLOWLY MOVE SOUTHEAST THROUGH
THE UPPER MIDWEST TONIGHT...WHILE A SEPARATE AREA OF LOW PRESSURE
OF 29.7 INCHES OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS LIFTS NORTHEAST TO THE
SOUTHERN GREAT LAKES. THESE TWO AREAS OF LOW PRESSURE WILL MERGE
OVER THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES SUNDAY DRAGGING A COLD FRONT DOWN THE
LAKE AS IT THEN MOVES THROUGH THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES INTO SUNDAY
AFTERNOON. ON MONDAY...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES WILL SPREAD
ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS AND THEN OVER THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES
MONDAY NIGHT...ALLOWING WINDS AND WAVES TO SUBSIDE. ANOTHER LOW IS
EXPECTED TO DROP THROUGH ONTARIO ON TUESDAY AND THEN TURN EAST
THROUGH QUEBEC ON WEDNESDAY...DRAGGING ANOTHER WEEK COLD FRONT
DOWN THE LAKE. WEAK HIGH PRESSURE SHOULD THEN SPREAD ACROSS THE
LOWER GREAT LAKES REGION LATE THIS WEEK...LEADING TO ANOTHER
PERIOD OF QUIET CONDITIONS ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN.
