WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...SURFACE RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES
SPANNING FROM THE UPPER MIDWEST NORTHEAST TO QUEBEC WILL SHIFT
EAST TOWARDS THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES THIS AFTERNOON WHILE LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS LIFTS NORTH INTO
CANADA...AND WHILE A SEPARATE AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES
REMAINS SITUATED OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS. THIS LOW PRESSURE WILL
SLOWLY LIFT NORTHEAST THROUGH THE PLAINS TONIGHT AND THURSDAY
REACHING THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY BY THURSDAY NIGHT AT 29.7
INCHES...AND THEN QUICKLY TO SOUTHERN ONTARIO BY EARLY FRIDAY
MORNING AT 29.4 INCHES. THIS LOW WILL CONTINUE NORTH THROUGH
ONTARIO ON SATURDAY AND THEN TO HUDSON BAY SATURDAY NIGHT AND
SUNDAY.
