WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES IS OVER SOUTHERN QUEBEC
THIS MORNING AND IT WILL DRAG A WEAK COLD FRONT SOUTH ACROSS THE
LAKE. THE FRONT WILL CLEAR THE SOUTH END OF LAKE MICHIGAN BY
MID MORNING. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES WILL BRIEFLY BUILD OVER
THE NORTHERN LAKES BEHIND THE FRONT THIS AFTERNOON...WHILE ANOTHER
LOW OF 29.5 INCHES DEVELOPS OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS. THIS LOW
WILL DEEPEN TO 29.1 INCHES AS IT REACHES HUDSON BAY MONDAY
NIGHT...DRAGGING ANOTHER COLD FRONT SOUTH ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN.
LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES IS EXPECTED TO MOVE OUT OF THE
NORTHERN ROCKIES AND INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
THIS LOW IS FORECAST TO TRACK TO NEAR THE SOUTHERN TIP OF JAMES
BAY FRIDAY NIGHT WHILE DRAGGING YET ANOTHER COLD FRONT ACROSS THE
LAKE.
